Demerits of old inactive account

My Fiverr account was opened in January 2019. But since then I was not active till October 2020. After that long period, I created some new gigs & became active on Fiverr. I completed the “Fiverr Essential” course & passed 3 skill tests. I have been online for 8-10 hours daily since then. Problem is, my gig impression isn’t that good & the number of clicks is very poor. I knew that Fiverr helps new sellers by promoting them. But in my case, maybe I’ve gone backward since my account is old. I’m thinking about closing this account & opening a new one. I just want to know that has my account got any disadvantage because of remaining inactive for a long time. Please help me with your valuable suggestions. Regards.
