I encountered an issue and I don’t know if it is legit or not. A buyer ordered a gig by mistake so the order was canceled. The problem is that I’ve been demoted thus losing my level 1 seller for reasons that do not directly concern the quality of my work or delivery rate. What can I do about it?
Sorry to hear about that! That is the big issue Fiverr has. There’s no seller protection, so a buyer’s mistake means seller is responsible for it, and the seller can indeed lose levels because of it.
But if you send a ticket to support and explain the situation, perhaps they can do something about it, if it feels very unfair to you.
