I have been a level 2 seller for nearly 2 years. I respond to everything through my phone. I was demoted today to level 1 because of 88% response rate. Is there a glitch?! This is impossible. How often is it necessary to respond to “you’re welcome”, or “sounds good”, from clients. You could go back and forth with those all day. Last one to send a smiley face loses? Doesn’t add up.
