Demotion for not having the last word?

This is ridiculous,

• Order Completion: 100%
• On Time Delivery: 100%
• Rating: 5.0

I responded to all inquiries, what, I have to have the last word when someone says “thanks” or “have a good day” or I get demoted? This is an insane system, especially since I’ve already earned over $20k on fiverr too. Fix your system and stop punishing those that help make you money.

And as for responding fast, some people send a message in two places, so I have to answer in the in box AND in the order form?
