Denied Buyer's order

I replied to orders in buyer’s section and the guy contacted me back in 6 hours but I had an emergency at that time so, I denied for the offer and he wasn’t happy. So will I get a negative impact due to this?

If your buyer didn’t actually buy anything form you they won’t be able to leave a review, so you should be fine. 🙂
