Deposit issue into PayPal Account

Hello friends i make a deposit into my PayPal Account but i didn’t see my account was restricted due to verification and it was not receiving and sending money i make withdraw from fiver and i did receive any email from PayPal about receiving amount and my amount was deducted from fiver account how can i solve this issue kindly guide me

If your account was restricted, you likely have a red banner at the top of your dashboard/seller pages that tells you exactly what to do. There is even a link in that red banner to contact Customer Support. You don’t need to ask us what you need to do, when Fiverr clearly tells you in that banner.
