when i create a gig the description box is not active what can i do ??

Maybe try typing in a notepad document and copy/pasting in?
Otherwise, I’ve not seen this one before. You could try another browser, but you might loose your package descriptions if you save this to draft mode now.
(Typing your sections in another document is a good idea anyway, as the ‘save’ function doesn’t always save properly.)
Try in to another browser or refresh page!!!

I’m at a loss then. The standard IT question is ‘have you tried turning it off and on again’, but since you’ve tried another browser, I doubt that’s it. Clear catch and cookies maybe?
Might be time for a ticket to CS.
