Development broke the system

I had recurring issues with revenue clearing recently and just not quite finding its way to my available balance.



As a good Fiverr citizen I submitted a ticket last week, and another ticket for a new incident on the 20th. Eddie from CS was kind enough to reply and confirm what Vicky from CS told me last week - some delays might occur on clearing dates, but he can’t explain how the payment system works because that would “reveal their system to me”. Wow. This is after I mentioned that there was never issues before and this is a recent problem. He gently reminded me that the system is constantly being developed. So I guess that is it - development broke the camel’s back. Let’s hope it recovers sometime soon.



As a final reply, he did promise to send the query to the development team.
