Did Anyone Apply for Health Insurance Via Fiverr?

Hi Everyone, I started filling some information to apply for Fiverr new Health Insurance offer and I noticed their fee is way more then what I am paying now for a single person with a higher deductible and not excepting the doctor I am interested in, but in their application they have a section where you can choose your doctor?

Just sharing my disappointment, because I was looking forward to taking advantage of this plan.
Anyone else experiencing the same or it’s just me?
And what is your experience,m good or bad and what do you recommend?
