Did not complete the order

  • When i finish the order ($42) and they said (we are having a problem processing this order)
  • Why?
  • My account (visa payment) has been debited.
  • In my manage orders is not show that order.
  • So where my money?

I’d say open a complaint with customer service. If you have record of the order taking place, you have a good shot, unless a refund happened.
