Did not receive all requirements

So I did not receive all the requirements from the buyer and I offered to extend the delivery time of the order so the buyer can send all the requirements.10 hours remain for the deadline.Will it affect my deivery time?Anything I could do about it?

Happened to me a few times and I canceled! Then I got a low order completion rate. I recommend you to cancel now or never. If you cancel now, you will have a bit lower order completion rate, but if you cancel after 5 months after you are sure the buyer won’t purchase anymore, your delivery rate will drop down much more because you are much later with the “delivery”!

So what you have to decide:

• Cancel now (Will drop your order completion rate a little bit down)

• Cancel never (that order will forever stay as an order in your queue)
