Did that the option of "Buyer requests" limited?

Did that the option of “Buyer requests” limited ? I’m in fiverr as freelancer since 1 year and i have SENT 30 OFFERS.
Now i cant send any request to active “BUYER REQUESTS”??
what should i do to reactivate “OFFERS SUBMITTED”?

You can offers 10 times per day through buyer request section .You can send 10 buyer request daily . There is no limit of that.But as I told “Per day You can send 10 offers”.
