Direct messages to buyer

Hello everyone,

How do I send messages directly to the buyer ? I have read in some buyer request to DM me if you have the skills etc. Can anyone guide me with this ?

You can’t do this - in buyer requests section, you can only send your offers to buyers. Direct messages is spam

You can’t, it is against TOS.

So what they wrote that, just ignore.

They failed to read TOS but they are buyers, they can lose account.

Some buyers don’t know how Fiverr works, so they ask for things that can’t be done or are not allowed.

This not an ideal option for any seller to DM any buyer
