Has anyone else had issues with their account being disabled?

I tried to upload the necessary verification documents. It said it wasn’t good enough, so I tried again. Then it disabled me. I finally got someone to let me try again, but I am STILL disabled. It would be nice if you could actually work with a real life person to get things settled.
