Disagreement about the definition of "initial concept" - does anyone know?

A buyer and seller disagree about the definition of “initial concept” used in the Gig parameters.

If a Gig includes 3 initial concepts what should the buyer expect to receive?

The help if it’s a logo says it’s “the number of different initial logo concepts included in the package. You will receive 1 final logo”. (I assume the 1 final logo is unless otherwise stated).

If they say 3, you’d get 3 concepts (and 1 final logo unless specified otherwise).
