Take a look at your earnings page: if all numbers are off too, then it may be a visual glitch that could solve itself, which we many have experienced at some point recently (me included); if everything but this order looks fine, then contact support, there maybe an actual error.

Thanks to your answer you can check that I was paid for the sale of my service and separately for the customer’s tip, thank you very much!
