Dishonest Seller didn't fulfill order and now marked project as delivered

I worked with a seller who lied about being able to understand English. My instructions were not followed. I paid $25 for something I didn’t receive. I sent multiple messages and he didn’t reply. He then marked the project as delivered. How do I get credit for the order?

First of all hit the button REQUEST MODIFICATION so the order will be active again; then write your seller and try to address problems with him (CS is going to tell you this).

Finally, if everything you try doesn’t solve the problem, use resolution center or contact Customer Support providing all the details they need to help you.
