Do buyers need a code in order to put my video on their website?

I am a top rated seller but have had a new question this week. My buyer is having trouble posting my video on his/her website–they said “I need the code to embed this into my website”. I directed them to fiverr customer service, and they redirected the buyer back to me. What is this? Do you know where I can find that code?



I am sure my videos are on all kinds of websites and without any confusion. Help!

In what format do you send the videos to them?

Tell them to upload to youtube or a different 3rd party source. After they do that, they’ll be able to use an embed code that the site provides them with.
