Do we have as sellers also protection here in fiverr?

I have a very bad experience in my one of my buyer. She just turn around and left you a bad ratings and cancelled previous sales which were already cleared. Isn’t that fair for sellers? I mean I delivered an online work, which i spent so many hours of it and will just turn around and say not satisfied and refund???



There’s just so many protections for buyers and non for sellers. You’re always left with nothing.



And the thing is that this client is my long term client and i believe she can even turn around and change the ratings into all negative ratings sales if she wants to. Is that really fair???
