Do you always over-deliver?

#1

I have heard many sellers saying that a great tip for increasing sales is by over-delivering. But, do you ‘always’ over-deliver? I think its not always feasible especially if you have loads of work to do. So, how do you handle all this and what are the different ways that you opt for over-delivering?

I over deliver when I can like you stated fast deliveries when possible, and “extras” as @nancy_chr said

I don’t like the term ‘over deliver’. What I do is offer a little ‘extras’, like, fast delivery when I have free time, whether the buyer orders the fast delivery extra or not. I also offer help to the buyers when needed, like what software to use to edit my files, instructions etc.

There is already a thread about this  But yes, sometimes it’s ok to overdeliver

#5

Thank you for the great tips @oldbittygrandma  I am sure trying to over-deliver for every order must be keeping you really busy

#6

Sometimes I do, sometimes I apologizefor my late. Good buyers so far

#7

I don’t live over deliver. sometime it happens when buyers unable to explain about what he exactly want.

#8

Services that i offer cant be delivered in exactly number as i described on my gig so i always overdeliver. And i like when buyers are happy with my gigs.

#9

Over delivering is the best way to ensure consistent positive feedback. On that very rare occasion when someone leaves negative feedback I always contact them to offer a fix or redo.

Positive feedback really helps make new sales too.
