Do you check on repeat buyers if they stop buying?

#1

Hey Sellers, I am sure all of you have a repeat buyer database . Atleast 1 out of 10 buyers become repeat /regular clients if work is exceptional and delivered on time (In my experience…sometimes stats can be higher too).

Sometimes, your repeat buyers can just “forget” all about you. How do you remind them (without being pushy) to keep buying ?

I will sent them random free promo from my service, and when holiday season comes i sent them greeting without mentioned my service.

At this point, not yet. But I think a simple message like a simple “how are you…” and then place a link to some offers they would like would do it.

Reply to @oldbittygrandma: Interesting idea… but wont the buyer think we are “Stalking” them if we dig into their youtube profile and see who else they are working with ? They might feel its an invasion of their privacy ? do you get good results with such messages ?

#5

I was thinking about sending a free drawing to one of mine that was going to buy more.

Just need to find the time, lol

#6

This has never happened to me but if it happens, I’ll just leave a message saying ‘sup’, nothing more, nothing less

#7

I haven’t really done this as much as I should.

A nice message would be to announce to them a new gig you have just launched.
