i am working on Fiverr for the last couple of years!! but i didn’t face this kind of problem!!

It is a general problem. I have it too and Fiverr is sorting out the problem. Something wrong on their side, so I hear.

i have multiple accounts!!
one was blocked.

Are you serious? Which exactly terms and conditions are you maintaining?

It is exactly AGAINST terms and conditions to have multiple accounts. If you are banned you are banned forever and when fiverr will catch you they will block your second account.
