do I need to respond to an order immediately? Usually I just had a conversation with buyer, so it’s not always necessary. However, I wanna make sure it has nothing to do with response rate.
I always respond with a ‘thank you for your order’ type message - no idea if it has anything to so with response rate or not, but buyers do seem to appreciate it.
yeah, I just feel silly thanking them in the message and then in the order immediately after. I need to remember to save my thanks for the order page
You can never say ‘thank you’ too often.
