Does anybody has this same problem with your gig extras?

hi, im a level two seller which means i can have 5 gig extras per gig . i checked 5 boxes for the gig extras (1 preset/4 custom) when i click save only 2 remained checked while the other 3 went unchecked . this happens all the time … i could never have all my neccesary 5 gig extra box remained checked. what happened ? anyone experienced this ? is it a bug ?
