Does anyone have the same problem?

I made an order and after the order delivered I can’t open the delivered order also I can’t make a review for the seller. this message appear for me:

“We’re sorry, but something went wrong”

"We’ve been notified about this issue and will have it resolved shortly"

Does anyone have the same problem?

Check if the seller’s account is active or banned.

The seller’s account is active

See if the seller can deliver it again in a regular message. Just mention to the seller that there maybe a problem with the file delivery on Fiverr’s end.

Contact CS. Sounds like a bug in the interface. They can probably reset it.
