Does Fiverr rank you lower if you don't provide Upgrades/Extras?

I want to provide free upgrades and extras for whenever I do VoiceOver, but the site won’t let me do that so I just leave all the extras technically disabled. Should I go back to Pricing and re-enable the extras even though I have to sell them for atleast $5?
