Does fiverr respond to issues like poor quality work and time updates?

I ordered a service and the date i ordered was wrong, i contacted fiverr and never got a response. I tried to contact them again about the same order because i wanted fiverr credits instead of a refund due to paying with a prepaid card. I kept getting an error message about the request, i assume its because it about the same order? I still have not gotten a response and i lost my client…anyone have any idea on what to do?
