Does Fiverr support still exist?

I have submitted a support ticket some days ago and I have yet to hear back from Fiverr. My ticket is about a buyer wanting to cancel AFTER I completed the job and sent him ALL the files.



I’d really appreciate if Fiverr got back to me ASAP!

Have you tried reasking support again?

Iam not sure why there is a Fiverr support if we have to re-ask? People don’t have time to be re-typing their problems in new support tickets. Not to mention, the build up it creates of duplicate tickets.
