Does not appear the Status light (Green light)

I would like to inform you that a few days have been facing a problem. My online status light [Green light] does not appear with my GIGs. But I have been online for a maximum of 18 hours per day.

What can I do? Please give me suggestions.

I’ve just had a look at my profile settings and came across the option you see below. Maybe this is why so many complain that they can’t be found in the online search? I’ve never even seen that option before. [offline status]

18 hours online daily sounds a lot. Reduce it to 12 and sleep 8 hours.
