Does offering my extras for free cause my page to Not be Advertised?

With the website’s new changes to pricing for Voice Over artists, I’ve been required to charge people if I want to offer them extras. To stand out from the other sellers (and to get more customers) I’ve decided not to tick any of the boxes, and I just wrote in the gig description that most of the Extras that Fiverr offers are free. Since then, the amount of views, clicks, and orders I’ve been getting have gone down quite a bit.

Does the decrease of the amount of views and orders I’ve been getting for my gig a result of technically not offering Extras for my Voice Over?
