do you receive every month an email about your level?

As the last time I have received one was around 4,5 months ago so just curious…

If Level one, two requirements are completed you will be promoted. Yes fiverr send mail regarding seller level if you are promoted . they don`t send mail if you are not promoted.

While for Top Rated seller Badge this is manual Procedure. Fiverr check your performence and then award you top rated seller badge.

Fiverr no longer sends such notices. They just leave you the same, promote you or demote you as the case may be. It is up to you to check on your Analytics page to find out which has happened to you.
