Don't refund after completion of order

I have experienced that bad thing 2 times that after 3 months fiverr refund to buyer are you people agree that for once when an order get complted there should not be any refund that’s not good thing .some times buyers get their work and ask Fiverr to refund and fiverr refund them i guess that sort of buyers are scammers so it’s a request to Fiverr team kindly dont refund once an order get completed .
