Double charged by mistake!



I placed an order of $89 yesterday. My Fiverr balance was $88, so for remaining $1 I chose debit card. Surprisingly, the entire $89 debited from my bank account and my entire Fiverr balance vanished too.
I had raised a support ticket but no response till now. It’s been more than 24 hours. I’m really afraid now :sob:. Could anyone help me out with this.



Only support can help you. Just wait for their response, it takes 24-48 hours to CS rep. answer a ticket.
