Yes that True said by @kjblynx … one person can create only one account but if you are many people on same ip and each have different account and different payment option that will be fine.

I imagine mallika255 and kjblynx are right about the payment. But to be 100% I suggest that you ask support and inform them by the way that in you office/ household or else there will be more than one person having a Fiverr account from the same ip. I know families working this way but things change sometimes on Fiverr. Better be sure 🙂
