If you go to your earnings you should see 4 transactions with 4$.
If you still see only one transaction (in your earnings page! Not an order page) then contact CS and they will be the only ones to help you

Please edit the screenshot and blur out the Buyer’s username.

Privacy is everything, I’m sure your Buyer wouldn’t appreciate you displaying this transaction for all to see. :pineapple:

You need to contact CS about this.

Hi there.

Did this get solved for you? I’m having the same problem - on a number of completed orders, Fiverr has me earning between 30-50% of the total worth of the order, when it should be 80%. I have reported to CS who say that the Finance team are looking into it, but it seems to be taking some time.

I am having the same issue. On an order where I should have got $60 as earnings, it shows only $8 and this is something I randomly checked else, I wouldn’t have even found out. Contacted CS regarding this but this is taking too much of time.

They said it was a bug and the money has been added to my account as s compensation.

"On your earning page scroll down and you will see the post labeled “Fiverr compensation” on November 3rd. The funds have already been added to your sales balance. "

This is what they replied. Still, why would they add as a compensation?

It’s very odd. It’s been 6 days now since I brought it to their attention and still nothing seems to have been done :frowning: How long did it take them to sort it for you?
