Earnings withdraw

Hi everyone,

I have completed my first order.
Would you please advice me how it would be more profitably for me to receive the earnings. I see that by using Bank Transfer, the fee is 3$ (or even more), will it be cheaper to use PayPal?

Also, how can I be able to attach my PayPal account if this is better in term of fee? Since, it is in grey color, and can’t do anything now.
