Are there any east African or African fiver sellers that have found any success in fiverr

Yes. There are successful sellers from almost everywhere. Success is a relative word, of course. I have seen African sellers with many strong reviews, multiple level 2 sellers from Africa and at least one TRS. There are probably more, that was just in passing.
