Easy way to calculate 1099

It’s tax time and here is the easiest way to figure out your earnings from last year.

1. Go to sales < Revenues
   
2. On the drop down choose Cleared < 2014 < All months < Export
   
3. When you receive your email open up the excel spreadsheet and put your mouse on the bottom of the column with your earnings.
   
4. Click autosum (the second icon under formulas that looks like an E)
   
5. It will calculate your total earnings for the year for your tax prep forms.
