Embedding Notifications About Gigs performance

So,
Lately I have been working on huge projects that vary from 3-5 weeks.
I wasn’t able to see my gig performance regularly that resulted in to my 4 gigs to completely dry out in performance.

What do you think fiver could have done to help there seller on this ?
Probably a notification bar that pops and says hey your gigs need performance attention or something like that.
