Executive Assistant? Live chat option is here

I received this notification, half an hour ago.

I clicked and nothing is happening. It is something related to customer support where we don’t have to wait for a long time for a reply. We can talk live to one of Fiverr’s customer representatives and solve our queries.
This is just a guess though.

Or I will be getting a Personal Assistant to help me manage my account.

Did anyone else receive it?

Still nothing, unfortunately. I think this is an upcoming feature of some type because I can see that they are tracking this notification like who clicked it and where it is clicked.

The current destination in the above image only means from where I clicked it but it doesn’t show where will it go.

Could be pretty neat. I wonder whether we as sellers will see if we’ve been matched by an EA.

I think we will receive messages and orders normally. We should get some indications that this is a order from a team who is working big here.

We got a notice already before when an order was from a business account. What I was wondering was whether sellers will see if they have been recommended to the business account person by an Executive Assistant, or just that the order is from a business account, as before. But it’s not that important that I’d open a ticket for it, was just curious. We’ll see if we’ll get a notification like “You have been suggested to this business account by an EA, deliver your best work” or something soonish, I guess, or if it’s just the same business account banner as up to now:

It would be interesting to know, obviously, because a business account owner (who wasn’t your customer already anyway) might either have found you on their own, or been “matched” with you by an EA.
