Existing Payoneer account problem

I tried adding my existing Payoneer card to my Fiverr account, I followed all of the steps (I even got an email from Payoneer saying that the accounts have been linked) but once I was done I got to this page:

“Your Fiverr Revenue Card application was submitted and is being reviewed by MasterCard. You’ll be notified by email as soon as your card is shipped.”

I already have one, obviously, so I don’t know what to do. On my Revenues page nothing happens if I click on “Fiverr revenue card”.

Has anyone had the same problem?

it seems as if you had a payoneer card already but you ordered a new one through fiverr…
