Experiencing the Message 403 Forbidden

Whenever I click my Inbox and Notification Box I see the Message 403 Forbidden - Request forbidden by Administrator. Why am I receiving this message

Try this: Log out of Fiverr, then delete your browser’s cache and cookies and log in again.

Didn’t help? Another reason for getting that error could be a VPN / Proxy, if - by any chance - you’re using such tools.

I logged out and logged in again and I am still having the same message. I need Customer Support to assist me
