Extend Delivery Time requested, will clock continue to run

Hello!

My apologies if this is in another thread as. I could not find it. I have a gig that I have been trying to get the seller to respond to. I need additional information. I requested an extension 8 hours before the due date but still have not heard from the buyer and now the clock is showing negative time.

Is this hurting my stats to have the clock running on negative time? Or am I safe because I have an extension request open in the resolution center?

I will suggest you ask for more additional time, say 4 days; the buyer should have responded to you before then
