So I recently got a big offer from the buyer and we were had a week-long conversation. Since the order was a BIG one, I said it’d take me more time than usual. We agreed about the delivery time and I created a custom offer to the buyer I agreed on. He is new, so he didn’t know how to accept the offer, but instead, he bought normal package, but doubled the quantities of the package, so it was the same price we agreed with the buyer. However, the delivery time and custom delivery time has a 1 week difference.
Now, if I extend the delivery time, how would It affect my sales? Maybe it would count as a late delivery, because it takes longer than usual and would I lose customers? How do I solve this problem?
