No, As I think it counts only the number of orders you are getting but multiple orders from same buyer counts.
Previously we do not have a chance to add gig extras without earning lvels BTW as I can remember they didn’t count extras when I reached to level 2

Reply to @ricksper: Kind of unfair that extras can post as separate payments, but they don’t count as separate orders.
