Facing an Unknown Problem

Hi, everyone. I was leveled up in 15 of last month and after that, I’m facing a problem.

I’m doing everything like before, but now 23 days over and no order, also no reply of a request.

I don’t is this any problem or normal.

Please, can anyone help me?
