Facing issues while withdrawing from fiverr

Hello,

Today my funds were cleared from fiverr but when I tried to withdraw them in my payoneer account it is saying that “withdrawal was not completed” can anybody tell me what’s the issue?

I contacted CS but haven’t got any response! Your valuable responses will be appreciated.

Contact customer support and select technical issue and they will get back to you within most likely 24 hours and solve it.They just have to set a flag to withdrawal completed and you can withdraw again.

Hi guys!

I recently had an issue with my PayPal withdrawals being deactivated. I think I found a solution to the problem. Let me know if it worked for you!

It appeared my e-mail account used for my Fiverr account was not the same as my Paypal email. I have these separate for security reasons. As soon as I changed my Fiverr account e-mail to match the PayPal e-mail, the option to withdraw from PayPal was alive and kicking again.
