Facing problem to sent buyer request!

Hello all, I am new member of Fiverr. I already post 3 gig. I am seen the buyer request button but when I am click on sent offer button, I can’t see the dialogue box or the pop dialogue box doesn’t shown to me where I can write my offer for the buyers. please help me in this regards.

Buyers Request is for Buyers to post jobs for sellers to bid on. It’s not for Sellers to post their gigs; doing so will land you in big trouble.
