If two people from the same family (brother-brother, husband-wife) want to sell same service (Web Development) to fiver from fully separate accounts would use separate computers and separate internet connections, then it will break the Fiverr TOS? And will there be any damage to the accounts?

I contacted CS about this and they said that we can’t sell the same service and the gigs should be completly different, even different categories, but in our case it was a shared network so I don’t if a separated one will help, kindly let me know if you find out.
