Thanks for this information, the customer care always ask for a title when you ask them a question, how do we know the exact titles relevant to having options for family members accounts…anyone know the path please let me know.

Do you mean what option to choose from the drop-down menu when submitting your ticket?

If yes, just choose the one that seems the closest to what you need.

I’d choose Account Issue>General Inquiry, but it doesn’t matter; if it’s not the proper one, they’ll forward it where it should go.
